I have a heat sink installed in circuit which is getting heated more than the usual because of which the mosfet and bridge is also getting heated. the application is ev charger.

please help cant find a clue for its over heating

Show us your calculations based on the thermal resistance of the heat sink, the total power dissipation of the devices mounted on the heat sink, the ambient air temperature and your expected heat sink temperature.
A picture of how it is mounted so we can see if you are restricting the air flow around the heat sink would help.

Define "heated".
Heat sinks normally get warm or hot since they are dissipating heat.
What is it's temperature?
Is it too hot to touch for more than an instant?
