Organized Crime Rampant in Canada!

Not all may not be aware of this, but Ironically a small incident such as this almost mirrors the cause or at least trigger of the Arab Spring.
In a small town in Tunisia a vendor set up a stall in a local market, the problem was he did not have a licence, the market inspector happened to come around and when he could not produce a license she confiscated his scale.
A vendor without a scale is dead in the water.
He marched over to the local government offices and was met with a slap in the face, literally.
In his frustration, he went over to the gas station and purchased a gallon of gas which he proceeded to pour over himself and set alight in front of the municipal offices.
Normally this episode would have gone virtually unreported, if it were not for internet, cell phones and Facebook etc, the head of the country's government tried to effect damage control by visiting the poor victim in hospital where he was being treated for 3rd degree burns, I believe he eventually succumbed.
The political atmosphere was rocky to say the least and this was the trigger needed.
The country erupted, the resulting spark jumped over Libya to Egypt and from there back to Libya.
Interesting how otherwise single trivial events can change the course of History, (thanks this time, to the Internet).

I was just pointing out how seemingly trivial incidents can be the spark for major events in history.
