I have built other PCB projects using Orcad 9.2 without a problem with power and ground planes. Now I have a problem and cant figure out how come the copper fill simply wont work and fill the selected obstacle linked to the net label. I have the same setup as before when it did work, on another project. I have read everything I could find on this procedure and found nothing to explain the problem. There is a warning of not doing the Gerber generation before the copper fill. I didn't do that for obvious reasons, but I did do a print of the board before the routing, to see if the pad sizes were OK. Now the routing is done and only the Power and Gnd planes need to be copper filled. Any Orcad guru out there, who could help?
