I have been reading about optical port.
In one of specs sheet I have reading "OPtical pulse input throigh Tx2522" & "optical port Tx1521"

I have searched internet but I din't find exactly what it means or it may be wrongly printed?

They are part numbers for optical transmitters and receivers. It would help if we could see the context in which those numbers occur.

It is not uncommon for custom designed parts to have "house markings" that are not available to the general public. So where do you see these numbers. On the parts or in a document?
