Opinions on cheap connectors?

I'm considering buying these for a small project i'm doing that would benefit from sealed plugs. Amphenol connectors are $5 each. Power requirements are estimated at about 750ma 14v. Inside a car door panel, so minimal fire risk.
Bad idea? A perfect seal wont be required as its unlikely they'll see anything more than condensation, but at the same time i'd rather not use spade connectors (especially at the price of these things).

I have used those. They’re just a cheap alternative to deustch connectors. Can’t say how they will hold up but since they are a copy they work just fine. They will hold up fine for the power you need them for.

You may need the correct crimp tool, especially for the seal around the wire.

Yeah, I have a couple crimp tools. Looking at the design of the fittings I'm confident I have a tool that will crimp them decently.
The seal around the wire looks like you just push the socket/pin through it. Honestly it doesn't look like it will make a great seal. but might protect against condensation and light mist.

I also have used those connectors from eBay to repair the AC high pressure sensor connector and for lights on an excavator. Both about 3 to 4 years ago. No problems and a lot cheaper than OEM from a dealer. Del City (US) https://www.delcity.net/store/ sells at a price less than dealerships too. Not sure its source, but the quality I got was good. If you do sign in, be sure to look for the check box about getting updates (aka spam).

The seals that comes with it is silicon. It seals just as good as any. If you’re really concerned put some silicon lube on it.

Not overly concerned. The mechanical design of the amphenol Deutsch connectors appear vastly superior from the pictures, but I'm not building a submarine so it should be fine.

I use them on cars and motorcycles. They work fine. I only pay for the deustch when it has to be compatible with OEM. Wish they made a smaller version.
