Hello Ronsimpson , In general I have 5 CGHV1A250F amplifier(data sheet attached) that I am trying to bias simultaniosly.
each amplifier needs a transition from -6V to -2V in the gate to open .
So I have made a pulse of-6V to -2V from 0-5V using level shifter and splitted it into 3 signals using opamp buffer.
one buffer output is connected to the gates of two amplifiers.
then I use UCC5304DWVR to open the IRF7854TRPBF mosfet with VGS of 15 Volts and the 50V is going straing to all 5 amplfiers.
Do you think its a good strategy?
will it work? If not is there something I need to do?
