For 2mApk through the maximum load resistance of 1k requires a peak voltage of 2V.
The lmh6629 op amp has a maximum output of 4V (below) with a 5V supply voltage (6V max), and thus only 1.5Vpk with a ±2.5V supply.
You need a higher voltage rated op amp, assuming you need a bipolar plus and minus output current.

Hi, could you please let me know how the expected output range is 1.5Vpk with a ±2.5V supply? Sorry if the question seems silly!

It states with a 5V supply the Vpk out is 4V, which is 1 volt below the supply voltage ie: 5v-4v=1V
So with a +/-2.5V supply you can only expect +2.5V - 1V = 1.5V,, so a +/- 1.5V ppk.
