Meaning R31 is not required ? I thought earlier a PE was required ? well i did try connecting the PE directly to the common GND without the 1M resistor R31. Did not work either.R31 should be wire link

LM393's are comparators. Why did you change the opamps (configured as comparators) to comparators?Well the simulation had worked all good but the PCB did not. Anything that i could help to troubleshoot ?
Agree 100%. EagleCAD defaults to this, and it's one of the countless reasons I dislike it (Of course you can make your own packages, but that process is no fun either.)Drawing schematics with rectangles with pin names and numbers makes if much more difficult to follow than if proper comparator symbols were used.
That was an earlier schematic which i've changed now but am unable to attach the file here. I get an error whenever i try to.I can't see any connection between the comparator package pin 4 and the power supply ground "GND"
