Opamp Circuit explanation

could anybody explain me below ckt.

Why R2 and R3 in the ckt.
What will happen if terminal 3 directly connected to GND.

Hello,

R2 and R3 are there to have a symetric signal at the output.
When you tie pin 3 to ground, you will only get the positive parts of the signal.

I can not read the number of the opamp.
It is unlikely that an opamp can drive a speaker.
For driving a speaker you will need more power.

Will Below ckt work with MCU ADC.
MIC_OUT out signal
How can be reduce jitters or noise ???
