could you advice me some complementary mosfets?
You would probably be better off to use two identical N-ch MOSFETs and a high-side driver IC.

It could also be made to work with N and P channel MOSFETs, but an integrated driver IC would certainly make things easier.

But, you haven't given any particulars so far about what kind of power output you're expecting.

What are you going to use for an inductor?

i am going to use 60uH...but my circuit was designed according to N channel and p channel mosfet...i wanna change only mosfets...i need complementary N and P channel mosfets

thank you bertus but in the board mosfets are separated...so i need two different mosfets but they must be complementary

If they need to be complimentary, choose IRF520 and IRF9520, or IRF530 and IRF9530. In both cases, the 5XX device is N channel, while the 95XX device is P channel.
