I'd give it a wide berth offshore but washed up on the beach with the word INERT staring me in the face... It'd make a nice lawn ornament down here on the coast. Hell, I might even paint over the word INERT just for grins and giggles.
Bait for stupid nosy neighbors.

My needle fearing Friend got his COVID Vax finally didn’t even need to go for moral support. Maybe he can rock on now, plan to have him over and jam soon.

On the aside: New Guitar to rip on with him.

Got my new Les Paul Global (Japanese Knock Off lol ) has a strong following, This one I repaired got it for $170 worth over $500 now. Play just like a Les Paul, difference is mine is a work of art. Guy that put on the new roller over bridge installed through hole toilet bolts American Ingenuity the bolts are at least 45 years old, guitar is 60 years old. Notice the wear pattern 14 thru 21 frets ripping on the G,B, high E it was a lead guitar. Loving it.

Nice! ... very, very nice... did I ever tell you I've been playing acoustic guitar since I was 6 years old?

My first love were the Beatles, and then there were the Stones, Bread, Crosby Stills Nash & Young... you get the picture... but nowadays I only play my own music. I've found that composition is far more gratifying for me than mere interpretation.

Nice axe. Is it as heavy as a Les Paul? I have a '75 sunburst Deluxe. Sounds great and plays like a dream, but that mahogany is so heavy that I almost always take a Squire Telecaster knockoff to gigs/jams.

The global is 8 lbs my Del Rey same age, 6 lbs hollow body, same Teisco Japanese knock off Les Paul this one valued at around +$650 range. Cool part is I have the practice amp and original case, it had more serious issues, needed to remake the neck because, some air heads over tightened the truss rod broke the nut, the neck needed redoing since it was so uneven. Almost had an Electric similar to the Global, at a hawk shop but, the owner painted it. Lost all value, so I didn’t purchase it. Could have got it for a song, worth over $1500.

Well the official count now stands at 98. Such a terrible tragedy, on so many levels. I just pray for everyone affected by this senseless disaster. That old building should have been flagged long ago in the course of its inspection and evacuated immediately for repairs. There's no excuse! This should have never happened...

The final sequence of failures most likely went something along these lines:
