The diagram is in the link he provided.

I'm not sure how to convey this in a schematic. I have seen switches like this in some pieces of instrumentation.

I made a pretty messy Kicad symbol for a switch that's probably identical to yours. Here it is. I only really cared if it made sense to me when I created it, but hopefully it makes sense to others too:

Okay.
But the symbol I posted shows the connections for the three positions without needing a table.
I didn't mean to criticize.

@JTEX 's symbol seems pretty clear without the table to me. Multi-section switches are often shown as groups of contacts with a dashed line showing the elements act together.

The table and illustration are from the datasheet of the actual part I used. I only included them to show how the Kicad symbol relates to that part, pin-for-pin.

Didn't take it as criticism, just a comment/opinion.

I wasn't familiar with the dash-line notation for such a switch, but if others understand that, them I'm okay with it.

I hooked up the switch to my bench DMM and used the continuity function. I connected the leads to pin 2 and 5. It worked as the connected terminals table. This is a good start thank you! Question did you create a footprint also?

Never heard of one.
I've heard of on-off-on switches but not on-on-on.
How does an on-on-on DPDT switch work?
That type of switch is sometimes used to create a SPDT switch with make-before-break action, though usually the center position is not stable (i.e., doesn't have a detent to keep it there).

This is a 3 position switch with the contacts as shown in post #3. It's not that common, but they do exist.

The footprint will be the same as a DPDT switch of that size.
