I would like to know if I can connect the TV directly to a 12V DC or a 24 V DC or I have to use AC 110V or 220V power?

Yes you can, if you were me.
You need DC to DC converters and all that kinda ckts to replace your PSU.
Buck and Boost.

But I do not think you can.

 

Post the model number of the TV, and find it's service manual, then you can see what voltages are needed.
