I have mi pad 1 (Displayis broken) & 22 inch led (vga).

I am thinking to use led as tablet screen and connect keyboard and mouse in as otg
That will make it as personal android computer

Any help?

Why bother? For $10 (plus keyboard, mouse, monitor, and microSD card), you can have a Raspberry Pi Zero with a more open OS that will let you do more. With a VGA monitor, you'll also need an HDMI to VGA converter.

EDIT: Meant Pi Zero W. The Zero is $5, but you don't have WiFi connectivity and a dongle will cost you more than $5.
