Old Sol is a Puffer

How will we explain this. Every 90 minutes. And they checked and it was doing this in the 70s too. A normal solar characteristic?

Have we ever detected matter/mass streaming into the sun?

How long has it been puffing? How much mass has the sun lost? How much gravity has it lost?

Is our sun producing mass? An unknown "inside replacement dimension" perhaps? No funnier than dark matter.

Can our sun be that old? Do we really have any idea of the real mass inventory? Or it's true location?

Don't start running for the hills err caves yet BR-549. We all only have 12 years to live anyway according to AOC. The sun is 109 times the size of the earth and is made of nuclear fire. If I was that big and hot I'd fart objects the size of the earth too!

If the planet continues to warm, the next 12 years will be a blessing. High CO2 levels and higher temps will improve all life here. It would be in accordance with past cyclic climate history.

Man like all other life will take advantage and adapt to it. And after all, global migration is already in, without any big change in climate.......so that's a mute argument.

Economics causes mass migration, long before climate. Is anybody aware of reality?

What happened to adult non emotional critical thinking? A degree is worthless without it......it was suppose to be the one thing that you graduate with.

What a joke. The ignorant masses are the ones that surrender to emotional fear.....right?

Really?
CO2 levels are now far higher than any point in the last 800,000 years.
So the eventual flooding of many of the coastal cities and the migration of tropical diseases to the Northern climes (only a few of the nasty things that will happen) is a blessing?
If that's "adult non emotional critical thinking" I'd rather have a beer.

Absolutely really. The earth has been starved of CO2 for way too long. Because of those cock-eyed ice sheets. Good riddance.

New large mines in Greenland and Antarctica. Many migrants will be needed.

Plantations in Canada and Siberia tundra. Total employment in a disease free, clean environment.

We will need to export excess food to Mars.

Many, many elites will be needed for management.

We need a winning attitude. One can be sick of winning, but never be afraid of winning.

This continuous emission of charge from a star, presents a real problem. This isolated charge seems to be completely immune to gravity.

Some might say that, it only appears that way....because of the velocity. But, if isolated charge had and obeyed gravity, the charge would eventually come together and re-combine......somewhere, but we see no evidence of this. Anywhere.

We see no evidence of electrical recombination either. Why doesn't the free charge seek each other out electrically?

Most strange. Maybe it forms dark water.

I would venture to guess.....that the majority of the mass in the universe, by many multitudes, is free isolated charge.

Think of the eons that have passed with the stars shinning.

I said it in the other thread that the earth has been warming since the Ice Age broke 13,000 years ago. And man had "NO" influence it that.
It goes through cycles and it "WILL" one day start cooling back down again. Don't know about it being a Blessing.

@BR-549
I think crutschow is right on this one

The last time there was this much carbon dioxide (CO2) in the Earth's atmosphere, modern humans didn't exist. Megatoothed sharks prowled the oceans, the world's seas were up to 100 feet higher than they are today, and the global average surface temperature was up to 11°F warmer than it is now.
If the Ice sheets start melting it will flood the coast lines causing less land. Just a fact! Once the ocean levels were lower though on the other hand. We know this because we've found settlements under the ocean that could have only been built when it was.
Now it's widely know here I'm no climate change nut but the earth will warm up "In the future" nothing we or AOC can do about that. Stopping airplanes and cars would not put a dent in it.

Again I wouldn't read to much into it and try to tie things in that aren't there or even proven yet. You can be just as much anti conspiratorial as conspiratorial.

The Sun is 864,400 miles (1,391,000 kilometers) across. This is about 109 times the diameter of Earth. The Sun weighs about 333,000 times as much as Earth. It is so large that about 1,300,000 planet Earths can fit inside of it.
Yea I should have typed diameter but at least I wasn't being graded on it.
Hope this wasn't toooo! political for the overloads.

Cause and effect are lost to many uneducated in the climate discussion. On Brietbart there was an article pointing to the earth with a much higher CO2 count than today. What the people saying that this was a point that CO2 climbing is normal was the rate of climb is much faster than anytime that scientists have been able to measure and that the oceans at that time were about 30 metres deeper. I wonder how well New York, London or Miami will be doing with sea level increases that high. Some places are already looking at becoming diked cities due to ocean rising.

I don't know about the peculiar mechanisms of biology, thermodynamics and geology at play.
To be a little abrasive, neither do you or ANYONE truly understands everything from A to Z.
We have models, we have in-vitro-style-miniature-closed-systems but the weather forecast for the next week is still all "up in the air".

What I do know:
1. Life is extremely, extremely rare in the universe. It's a crazy coincidence of some conditions that we don't really see anywhere else
2. Our ecosystem has evolved into a very narrow setting of these conditions
3. Our own bodies are tuned to a very narrow span of the possible conditions that can occur on our very own planet
4. The ecosystem is extremely fragile.
mao ste tung managed to exterminate ONE little bird scpecies and China became inhospitable, its people starving. I think 50 Million were starved to death because of that bird missing in the insect food chain?
let that thought sink for a second!
5. We also know that without pollinators, we may as well not bother with making children.
Some theories exist that we might be able to survive on mushrooms and algae.
I'd rather drive a smaller car and eat bread, butter, meat and other goodies, thank you very much

There is simply nothing sane about thinking that we can throw millions of tons of carbon in the air every day and that will have no effect on the ecosystem
To suggest that this is a "blessing" is... I will just say "wishful thinking"

"Yeah, shoot yourself in the head.
I can't imagine this can in anyway affect your life.
I don't believe the millions of EDUCATED people, who devoted their lives to study headshots.
I actually believe this would be a good thing for you.
Hey, your head was once a mushy pulp (in your mother's womb) and you turned out just fine!"

The plants will be just fine trust me. They use a simple little great earth made phenomenon called "The wind" to get pollinated.
It was done long before man ever placed a foot on this planet. So many species have come and gone "Probably Millions". And just "WHO" said this one extinct bird species caused 50 million deaths. I'm pretty sure that the other birds just had more food to eat.
Some of your let's say idea's sound a little out there if you catch my drift.

How much has the size of the Sun changed in the last few billion years? Because the Sun continues to 'burn' hydrogen into helium in its core, the core slowly collapses and heats up, causing the outer layers of the Sun to grow larger. This has been going on since soon after the Sun was formed 4.5 billion years ago.
I'm sure the climate change crowd will somehow put the blame of this on us too!

Hey Drax bigger sun equals closer to earth equals earth getting hotter!
Your blaming the wrong people "US"!

Factoid: the sun "burns" at a rate of about 100 W/m^3 (one incandescent lightbulb), increasing to around 275 W/m^3 at the core. Very low power density considering the overall mass of hydrogen it contains.

I was almost banned for my crossing the lines on my views of "SO CALLED" climate change and the political side of it. To me when our leaders want to change how you move around on our planet (Ban Airplanes and one car per household) The two intermingle.
Just stating a fact overlords!

Only certain plants can be wind pollinated. Many crops are NOT capable of being wind pollinated as they have not evolved to survive through wind pollination.

Other issue with global warming is the migration of insects and diseases without any natural predators or defences.

Lets not forget plastics in our food chain as another discussion.

Plants/Crops were here long before we were. "IF" global warming is happening as bad as some say it is then we're already doomed and there's nothing we can do about it anyway. What the wind doesn't cover the insects (Bee's and such) will get most of the rest. The rest will die off and others will take their place. Just the way things work. How many plants and animals went extinct during the last ice age? We'll probably never really know. I would be more worried about the sun getting bigger every year than blaming people for global warming if I were you. It just sounds more realistic and easier to convince people of than pointing a finger and telling them they're the cause of global warming. If you really want to help society go sink a Peta boat or tell a vegetarian to get off my back about eating meat. I don't tell them they have to. I would appreciate that more. Or when you see a tree hugger at a rally ask them is their house made of wood. The global warming craze is a hoax in my book.

Now I hope the overlords don't think that was political cos wasn't meant to be

Pick foods that aren't prepackaged like REAL Meats and vegetables. And you forgot about pink slime in our "Big Mac's"
I'm more worried about that.
