I'm trying to figure out how a Mazda 3 (2001) fan controller works and one of the components is a Phillips ON5262C. The only thing I could find is that its a transistor, But is it NPN or PNP ? There are 3 other Phillips components on the controller that I found where 2 NPN MOSFETs and a diode but no other info/specs.

There are 2 ON5157A is a mosfet by Philips NPN and 1 OF4455, a diode by Philips.

I've been googling for 2 weeks and could not find details at all. Also tried to find a datasheet directory on nxp.com but I must be blind as I could not find it.

Any leads as to whereIcanfind details on those parts ?

Hi! I have something similar to your module, mine it s from a bmw 1 series, did you manage to find the problem with yours? I found that the diode of4455 it s not conducting in either way, and the MOSFET is in short circuit, but i have a hard time finding the of4455, any equivalent?

The OF4455 is likely an OEM product that philips made for Bosch.

Hi! Managed to fix my fan, the diode and the mosfet were blow, i didn t find the same diode i used a 15 amp replacemet MUR1560G L. Cheers!
