In the wintertime in New England, there's likely no way solar heat alone of any form will keep you comfortable (unless you perhaps have a few hundred square feet of solar panel).
Suggest you insulate the inside of your vehicle including panels for the windows, find a spot to park where you can steal power from a nearby main's outlet, and run an extension cord for an electric blanket and an electric heater.
With that you might survive. :rolleyes:
