Odd little inductor - What would it be used for?

Recently stripping some old PCBs that have been accumulating and came across this. May have been from a Phillips TV board. Not sure because I stripped several and didn't notice it until sorting and testing parts for storage. Any idea what this triple inductor would be used for? No markings on part. The dual readings are because I swapped polarity and retested.

Yep, that's what it is but why wind 2 on the same bobbin instead of 1? If used by 2 parts of the circuit the windings would interact? Is it a voltage divider then?

It is probably a tapped inductor that serves as an autotransformer. I have one somewhere on my desk that somebody took out of a photoflash.
