i have 2 very basic digital thermostats from ebay using NTC probe cable temperature sensor. i want them both to share 1 temperature sensor, how should i connect those 2 cables? paralel - just split cables to both thermostats, or serial - 1 sensor cable to 1st pin of thermostatA, 2nd sensor cable to 2nd pin of thermostatB and connect 2nd pin of thermostatA with 1st pin of thermostatB?

Tie both sensors together and then they'll both read the same temperature .

Do you want to read one temperature with two separate displays?

 

yes dodgydave. thats the problem, i need both displays to read 1 sensor temperature
