This means that there are very few people who focus on learning the algorithm & data structure. There are many people who learn new technology to get a job, while they do not know algorithm & data structure well.

Only because I'm a hardware guy and programming is a necessary evil been there done that. But I am not in any way above that! So in that spirit I submit.
A programmer dies and meets St Peter outside the pearly gates. As St Peter goes through his list, he discovers the programmer's name on the list.
"Ahaa, it seems you have too many sins to be permitted into heaven. I'm sorry, but I'm going to have to send you to hell." He tells the programmer. He snaps his fingers to send him to hell, but nothing happens!?
The programmer starts laughing uncontrollably as St Peter tries again and again to send him to hell without success.
"What is going on? Why can't I send you to hell?" Demands St Peter!
"It appears you have a Sin-Tax Error, Sir!"Laughs the programmer.
