Hello!

I'd like to simulate NOT gate in CMOS technology with the use of MOSFETs. I also need to create voltage plot for this gate. I created scheme with the use of MultiSIM & Electronics Workbench, Version 6.02 Demo.

Can anybody tell me: 1) is it correct schematic?, 2) how to obtain voltage plot in this application?

AD2. What kind of a characteristics is "Voltage plot".
Do you mean transfer function?

Schemat skopany, zamiast źródła prądowego powinno być źródło napięciowe.
No i brakuje źródła wejściowego, i poszukaj analizy DC sweep.
