Norton amplifiers are current differencing amplifiers as opposed to amplifiers that work on a difference of voltage between the two inputs. The drawing attached shows what the typical simplified examples of both types. The schematic symbol is often the same. Sometimes a Constant Current Source symbol is shown between the inputs, but not always. My ORCAD doesn't show that.
Usually Nortons can be identified in a circuit by the resistor on the non-inverting input going to +V instead of -V or ground.
