HELLO U ALL FRIENDS ,
ITS NEW JOINING
HERE IS PROBLEM WITH NRF24L01 TRANSCEIVER OVERHEAT WHEN I SEND ONLY 2 TYPES DATA DATA
TR SWITCH A PRESS : REC LED A GLOW
TR SWITCH A OFF : REC LED A OFF

TR SWITCH B PRESS : REC LED B GLOW
RT SWITCH B OFF : REC LED B OFF

TR SWITCH A,B PRESS : REC LED A,B GLOW
RT SWITCH A,B OFF : REC LED A,B OFF

THIS SIMPLE WORK MODULE EXTREMELY HOT.
I M USING ATMEGA 8 MICRO CONTROLLER WITH 16 MHZ CRYSTAL20221113_170319.jpg..

Please don't use capitals, its hard to read and we don't like shouting!

To your question - Not enough info. Please show your schematic. Not sure what the picture is meant to show us.

Welcome to AAC. As @Irving pointed out, all upper case is harder to read and unpleasant. Please use mixed case, hou will probably get a better response if you do.

Is that a 2 pin connector (JST?) soldered to the antenna pads on the nRF24L01 module?

I hadn't realised that the HW-237 is an nRF24L01module + PA + LNA (though I've not found one looking like that). If that is the case and its badly mis-matched its not surprising its overheating!

This is the direction I was heading. It’s a very odd choice if what looks to be the case, is. I am sure those are the antenna connectors pads, it has the right footprint. The thing soldered to them does look like a JST or JST-like through hole wire to board connector. We’ll have to wait for the answer…

I am using external antenna .
Help of Soldering a JST Connector

First of all i set the module with antenna.
Same problem was present .
When a single channel data transmitted then transmitter & Receiver both side
Voltage regulator 7805 ( Which Power to Atmega8 ) overheat and module Also overheated .

If no transmitted data then all 7805 & module cool .

https://robu.in/product/2-4ghz-nrf2...ansceiver-communication-module-1km/?pid=18826

Voltage: 3-3.6V (recommended 3.3V) V.

Maximum output power: +20dBm.

Power-down mode current: 4.2uA.

Operating Range: 1Km

Antenna Gain (peak): 2Dbi.

2MB rate (Open area): 520m.

1MB rate (Open area): 750m.

250Kb rate (Open area): 1100m.

It uses 2.4GHz global open ISM band, with license free.

SPI interface facilitates the communication with MCU I/O port.

What is the input voltage to the 7805 regulator?
It was 12 volt 1 A .
Now i correct it replace with 6 volt 1 Amp.
Now heating problem solved but module range is too low ( Apx 5 meters ).
How can i increase module range ?
50 - 60 Meters are sufficient for my application.

As you have probably figured out, 12V input to a 7805 will generate a lot of power, 7W in fact.
If you are using a run-of-the-mill LM7805, then 6V input is not enough. You need at least 7.5VDC input.
Or you can change the LM7805 to a low drop-out 5V regulator.

How can i increase wifi range ?

Right now it's only 5 meters .
