Your drawing of the last pnp transistor is wrong. You have drawn it in reverse mode, which is incorrect. In this mode the gain of the transistor is very low.
The microphone includes a field effect transistor. So there is also an acoustic signal converter specified in decibels. The acoustic signal is converted into a voltage source with a sinusoidal signal. The frequency is set by a parameter.
LTspice runs in Linux using Wine.

You should master single transistor amplifiers before you move on to two- and three-transistor amplifiers. Look up "Shunt series pair" and "ring of three". Linsley-Hood's books are particularly good on the subject.
