No sound tube audio circuit.

Rather sure the filter capacitors are open. It indeed is tube rectified. At least A is. That's directly connected to the b+ I am going to buy new caps tomorrow. Will get back to you guys soon. Thanks a ton!
While I agree that replacement of the filter caps is a good idea -- please be advised that 'open' caps will not result in total loss of B+ --- Please check the rectifier tube (by substitution if necessary) and the continuity of the filter inductor and 'B+ switch"...

→Should steps #1 and #2 'Pass' but Step #3 'Fail' your problem is almost certainly an open filter inductor (L506)
@Pochie45566 I say just check choke (which is L506 on diagram) and plate supply switch first! So replacing caps is fine for preventative maintenance but like HP says open wouldn't kill plate voltage and you'd know if capacitor A was shorted cuz it would either pop primary fuse or cause xfmr hum and smoke and draw enough current to dim lights! Now I'm saying if capacitor A or another component on line A is shorted it might have ganked the choke so if choke is bad plz make sure there isn't overcurrent problem on the line b4 installing replacement!

Agreed! -- FWIW the DC resistance of L506 should be less than 50Ω with, of course, no ground continuity...
