i have a Phase Technologies DP-2000 surround amplifier. it has gone dead. there were a few capacitors that were bulging, so i replaced most of the caps on the system. still nothing. i have posted a picture of the amp. i have line voltage at each board. the fuses are good. when i check the one module at low voltage i get an oscillating voltage. when i check the other board, no voltage. any suggestions?

 

I swapped power supplies and now get unit on light and standby light when turn off. Sum check error light on module follows power supply.
