To cut a long story short I'm creating a product that involves a pir module. Basically it's a 12v input with a 3.1v output my question is how can I get it to produce a 12v output ? Any help will be apriciated.

These modules have a 3V output from the chip, you can drive a slave Npn or Mosfet transistor directly and that can put your leds on...
