NEW SPI Flash chip 25Q64FVSIQ "to bootloader or not bootloader"

Hello,

I need to replace a borken bios chip on Lenovo laptop. I purchased a NEW chip 25Q64FVSIQ.

I need to know if I can load the BIOS file dierctley on to the chip or I need to upload a bootloader first?

(I allready have a programmer ch342A and the file is ready as bios.bin and I am using the ASProggramer).

If I need a bootloader, Please kindley explain where can I get it for this chip (25Q64FVSIQ) and how to upload it?
