Hi, I'm making a game (simple) where one led needs to be on until you break connection with led one then led two needs to light up. All with max 9v. Any ideas how?

Edit: for more meaningful answer you need to provide details on how much LED's in total, max size of enclosure and so on.

 

If its just a 20ma led you could probably get by with a pushbuton and a resistor. if the pushbutton has a normally open and a normally closed you only need the one. meth's suggestion for relay would also function in exactly the same way I described.

True, the "break connection" moment isnt explained, is it by pushing a button or through electric signal which is actuated using some other method than pushbutton...
