Good day absf, can you help me with my project? I would like to make the scorekeeper that you have suggested using "CIRCUITMAKER 2000". I don't exactly know how to do it and I'am having a hard time making it. Your help will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance. . . .

Hi, Prime,

The basketball scoreboard that you're referring to was designed by @Mgl.Mogul . I was just giving suggestions for improvement. I dont have any experience on CircuitMaker 2000 as I am using proteus most of the time.

If you want to make a basketball board, you can refer to the links here for ideas and clues....

Try to search for past posts by @elec_mech with projects related to "score board" or "display board" and get clues on how to do your project. But I think the best is for you to start describing your project outlines and what you've done so far. And I think lots of members would chip in and help....

BTW what is your experience in electronics? Do you have experience in micro-controller related projects? If you want to start using discrete logic to do your project, it would ended up with a lot of wires and difficult to troubleshoot.

Welcome to AAC. As absf mentioned, I've helped a few members with scoreboards with plenty of help from other members here. If you can define what it is you're looking to do, we can offer some guidance.

If you're just making a simulation, I won't be of much help unfortunately. What is your goal, e.g., homework for school, personal project, work project, etc.?

Circuit Maker 2000 is the baby version of Protel. I have it and paid AUD 1,500 for it back in 2001. Rather cheap considering that Protel sold for over 4K. I use it all the time. I can engineer you an microcontroller-based scoreboard to suit your requirements.
