Hi guys,

I'm having hard time finding datasheets for the MOSFET 60R190PS, I can find 60R190P but not the PS modification. Can someone help me please or suggest if those are interchangeable, what are the differences?

I'm working on TV PSU unit that uses 60R190PS but as a spare part i have 60R190P, so I wonder if it can be used as a substitute?

Thanks in advance,

Regards,

The 60R190P MOSFET is made by several manufacturers including Infineon, Magnachip, LittelFuse, etc. The PS variant appears to be specific to Littelfuse and may represent simply a packaging distinction. Its unlikely to represent a significant difference in performance characteristics.

Hi Irving,

Thanks much for your feedback! I have similar impression but problem is there is literally no info on the internet about PS modification. On the chip itself it is labeled as MagnaChip. Is there any way to get the specifications of this transistor to compare side by side?

I've not found anything relevant. As its an obsolete device it may be hard to determine. The 2021 60R190R version shows some minor improvements such as a reduced gate charge and improved thermals, the latter due to a package change from TO-220 to TO-220F
