Your scheme would work a lot better if you weren't trying to charge a battery from another one; as that is a losing proposition.

If you want free energy, look into harnessing solar, wind, wave, or geothermal energy. The trouble with all of those is the large initial investment and the ongoing maintenance costs.

You will not get "free energy" by trying to charge one battery from another.
