hello guys, i'm new here and i'm hoping you can help me with my project. i'm planning to make/build a led lighting using 4 sets(10 white leds/set) for 220v... so is it posible for this project to work? is any circuit for this kind of project?

Get a step-down transformer for isolation and safety. Use the information in Chapter III of the E-book on this site to calculate the resistance necessary to limit current in your LED's.

This is pretty general, but you give little information to work with. Look over Chaper III ( the section on LED's) and you might come back with a more focused question.
