QUESTION
Write an 8086 assembly language program that will display from 0 to 9 seconds and loops continuously thereafter. The LED should be lighted ON during the counting. Assuming that a 1 second delay subroutine, ‘D1SEC’ is available and port A is already initialized to be the output port, at address PORTA.

Eh....I think you got the wrong idea on how this forum work. The only person here can that write you the program so you! The thing we offer is help or a push in the correct direction. So instead of dreaming that someone will do your homework for you. Why do you not start on your assignment. Then you are stuck you can ask for help. But remember good questions draw good answers
