So im trying to do a system where where by putting a Source of DC electricity#1(The charger), it charges the other DC Source#2 ( Accumulator in real life), so the accumulator is charging, and the left light is on( Seen on the screenshot). When there is no #1, i would like the left lamp to turn off, not stay on from the #2 source, is it possible to be done? There must be a way, and i hope you understand me!

Welcome to AAC!

Sounds like you just need a diode. What are the voltages for the sources?

Throw out the schematic. It makes no sense at all.

Put a resistor in series with the charger and battery, and put an led across the resistor, so when the battery is charging the resistor will have a voltage drop across it,

or put a diode in series with the charger and battery, and put the light across the charger.

As i said, i'm complete amateur and only understand the basics. All the components are 12V, since i want to do this inside a car.
Should i really make a schematic? It's all Basic, and i don't even know what the gates do.
