Hi I'm desperate for help identifying a Mosfet pulled from a brushless motor control board. I either need to get another of the same Mosfet or if somebody could help me figuring out a replacement for it I'm struggling understanding what Mosfet I could use the Mosfet has wxdh at the top
In the middle in tiny letters it has ZH 9D08
And the bottom in large letters say N6005
Cannot find info on it anywhere

If exact device not found, usually a sub can be found using the normal system current, voltage and Gate voltage of the device used.
It also could be a UJT !?.

 

Were you able to determine a replacement for this mosfet? I have the same ones that need to be replaced in my Ryobi mower but this post is the only reference to it that I have been able to find.

 

WXDH is the marking for Jiangsu Donghai Semiconductor Co., Ltd. See the link below for their website. I did not see a reference to this part so it may be a custom part or old enough not to appear on the current site. Perhaps use the "contact us" link to inquire.
