Need help for install mic on camera

Hi, i have to put a mic on a camera, but the camera have just a audio input and the mic need amp with 3-5 volt power to work.
The camera is a Bosh autodome 4000HD.

I have already this audio amplified, but i have to give voltage to mic, but my knowledge in audio is limited...

I have buy a LM358 to build a preamp for the mic, but i don't really know how to calculate the resistance and capacitor needed.

I need help from someone know how to do this.
