Need help designing a logic BCD counter!

I have tried to figure this out for awhile on paper now and I don't seem to understand what I am doing wrong. I think that the second 74160 is trowing me off. Anyway, if you could print this out and see if you can help me wire this and scan it to upload back on here, I would greatly appreciate it so I can learn how this works. Thank you for your time! :)

Several things.

I'm translating your drawing (it really isn't a schematic) to something more viewable. AAC has a local album hosting, as well as attachments (which is how I did this).



The highest significant digit from the first counter feeds into the clock input of the second counter.

You MUST tie all inputs either to a high or a ground (1 or a 0). Open inputs on digital circuits are not allowed.
