First post here. Love the site been using it for a while, however just started browsing the forums.

Anyways, I am looking to create a scoreboard for a cornhole game using 7-segment displays. My design is looking to use four buttons for each team (+1pt -1pt , +3pts -3pts) so obviously the scoring will be implemented in increments of 3 or 1 for those who are unfamiliar with the game. The score only goes to 21.

My initial idea was to use Arduino (which I am very unfamiliar with, but trying to learn). I have BCD to 7 segment and counter chips to use. If anyone has any advice or can point me in the right direction would be a great help. In the game there are two stations 25 ft apart. We are also trying to figure out how to use RF or bluetooth so that the score can be logged and transmitted on each station, with one being able to display the score.
