Can someone identify this device? Numbers stamped on it are T2141F
Below that are numbers 0544

It's in a case similar to TO-220

There are two used in the output of this regulator for gen set so they are probably fairly high current rating expect 10A. Darlington??? One appears to have a short between pins 2-3.
