Hello folks,

I need a buck converter to drop 12-24V down to 11.5V at high currents. Anyone out there have the expertise to do this?

What are you calling "high current"?
Some may think 5A is high, others might think 50A to 500A is high.

What is your tolerance for ripple voltage?

What is your load? Purely resistive, or reactive? (inductive, capacitive)

 

The maths here is really simple.

Because someone has to design the circuit, order the parts and build it for you, expect to get back a power supply worth 10~20% of what you'll normally get commercially.

e.g. If you are going to pay $100, expect to get back a power supply which you can buy for $15 or less.
