NE556 doesnt seem interchangeable with LM556

sorry but I thought I already stated that I put decoupling caps and the reset to Vcc to no avail and also that they were not needed on the LM556.

What happened to your circuit? I’m building same circuit with a different timing sequence and t works good on LM 556 and not NE 556zn
