Can anyone explain why this MOSFET pinout has two Drains?

The tab is for heat sinking. The datasheet should specify how much copper it should be soldered to.

It has not really got two Drains, it means that the TAB is connected to to other Drain pin.
ie: the TAB is not isolated.
