Multiple 32bit unique ID codes on one PCB

I'm trying to transmit data to a receiver that is looking for 5 different inputs. Is there a way to include 5 different 32bit EEPROMs on a single PCB so that the data can be transmitted simultaneously? Obviously the inputs would all be the same, it would just satisfy all 5 signals the system would be looking for. Is this possible or would I need 5 different PCBs?

Thanks.

Sure you can mount 5 EEPROMs on one PCB. What would possibly prevent that (and how would using different PCBs solve the problem)?

What do you mean by "a receiver that is looking for 5 different inputs"?

How do you propose to transmit different pieces of data simultaneously? What type of modulation, encoding, channelization, etc are you planning to use?
