Multimeter Problem (UT136)

Hi I have same problem like this guy. The Freq is not working only 0000 on my meter.
My meter is UT136 model.

10s is WAY too long! Fuses shouldn't last more than a second or two over the maximum ratings.
I was surprised to learn that isn't true. For instance, see these specs for a fuse I recently bought. At 210% of the rated value, it can take up to 30 minutes to open. That's referred to as a "fast acting" fuse.

Hi Dr killjoy why should I if this guy have same problem. If someone else see this thread will follow the whole story.
Wayneh are you saying this guy was who started the thread was joking?! I said that I have same problem.

What voltage and frequency are you trying to measure?
I have a small circuit with a 555 timer on a 9v battery.
On the manual of this multimeter I saw it somewhere that it's to 10vrms range. Don't know if this is saying above or below 10vrms for frequency measure.
