Craftsman multimeter model 82141.Only thing keeping it from turning on is this one tiny piece of bent copper.other 6 pieces are in the right place and in order so where does the 7th piece go? looked everywhere online for diagram,nothing.anyone know where its placed? need a lil help.

 

I am not familiar with that multimeter but the copper thing to the left looks like one of the wipers for the switch. What do the switch tracks on the circuit board look like? Do they match up with all the contacts, or is there an extra set that the loose contact should be lined up with?

See if it lines up with the pcb tracks, take a picture of the pcb.
