Plugged in a brand new EVGA PSU and the Mobo blew. It looks like some kind of SMD, either resister or cap? Two pieces like those next door.

 

Often the best option is to buy another duplicate device. Resell it once your repair is done, or resell the dead one for parts if you don't succeed. Other than the hassle, you can get the repair done for very little net cost.

It's usually impossible to find a schematic. The manufacturers actively prevent such things from being public. There are exception and it's worth a quick look. But don't hold your breath.
