Can anybody help me on how to fix mp3 FM modulator, its failing to read the music from a USB. The USB has been tested elsewhere and its opening.

If its a consumer product try to examine PCB with magnifying glass for poor
soldering joints. Being USB could be strain placed on connector could have
cracked a joint or two at the pin connections.
If you have to resolder use low heat and careful quick method, consumer boards
are typically crap in their quality, traces lift easily.
