Appears to be a 2 speed motor control circuit?
Very poor assignment/missing device labels and descriptors makes it hard to give a definitive answer.
KM is the contactor and the obvious H L is the high low initiation PB and relay contacts. OL is overloads.

Thank you sir, please can you tell what do these components do or what is the purpose in your opinion of this whole thing

It appears to be motor 1ph motor circuit for Low/High but the circuit itself does not make any sense, there also appears to be item(s) that show designation that are missing or incomplete.
Also the use of identical identifiers for apparent different devices does not help.

Indeed it appears to be an inadequately labeled motor control circuit using symbols not part of what I have ever seen used for motor controls. Thus any additional guesses have little value..
And given the poor labeling why should we spend any more time on this??? What benefit would be provided by a correct explanation of this circuit? Is it claimed to represent a system that exists?? Or is it an explanation of an idea?
