Apologies, voltage supply is 12V for the op amp and the pulse is just an example only as refernce of pulse with 6V (high) and 2.5V (low).

The output voltage equation of an opamp is found by the sum of the products of the input voltages multiplied by the related gain expressions. This can be rather tedious with amplifiers having multiple inputs, both inverting and non-inverting.
